    • 1. Click on My Rides in the side navigation bar and find the ride that is in-transit.

      2. You will be able to send a tracking link to any number so that anyone can track your ride by clicking on Send Tracking Link.



    • 1. Click on My Rides in the side navigation bar and find the ride that is in-transit.

      2. You are able to click on the Emergency button if for some reason you feel unsafe.

      3. This will connect to 000 to let them know there is an emergency.



    • 1. When the driver drops you off, you will be notified that your ride has ended and how much your credit card will be charged for the ride.

      2. If this is an MPTP ride, the portion that you owe will be charged to your credit card. The remainder will be paid to the driver through the MPTP program.

      3. You can then give feedback to the driver or add the driver to your favourites so that they are always the first to get notified about your ride requests.



    • 1. After a ride ends, you can give feedback to the driver or add the driver to your favourites.

      2. If a driver is added to your favourites, when you request a ride that driver will always be first to get notified about your ride requests.

      3. All your favourite drivers can be found by clicking on the side navigation bar and selecting Favourite Drivers.



    • 1. You can favourite a driver at the end of ride by clicking on Favourite.

      2. Otherwise click on the side navigation bar and select Favourite Drivers.

      3. Click on Add Driver button and enter the name of the driver you are searching for.

      4. Click on Add to add that driver to your favourites.

      5. The driver will then appear on the Favourite Driver screen.

      6. To remove a driver from Favourites, slide right on the driver details on the Favourite Driver screen and select Delete. The driver details will be removed from that screen and will no longer be favourited.  



    • 1. In order to view the charge history and see an invoice, open the side navigation bar and click on GRABiD Wallet and select Charge Me.

      2. All the rides that have you have taken will appear in the History section and you will be able to click on the Invoice icon to download the invoice for this ride.



    • 1. When you send a friend or a driver a link through the app to download the app, your unique referral code will always be connected to that person’s app.

      2. When that friend or driver signs up using your unique referral code (it is automatic if they click on the link you shared), you will be rewarded with Loyalty/Referral Dollars for as long as the user you referred participates in GRABiD.



    • 1. Loyalty/Referral Dollars are earned when other users who have downloaded the app using your referral code use the app.

      2. They can be found by clicking on the side navigation bar and selecting GRABiD Wallet, Loyalty/Referral Earnings.

      3. You will be able to view your current balance of referral and loyalty dollars as well as any compensation that has been credited to your account.

      4. You can also view any Loyalty/Referral Dollars that are due as well as a total that has been earned.

      5. When you have Loyalty/Referral Dollars in your wallet, they will automatically be used when paying for your next ride and this will reflect on your invoice.
